Because of the transformation of many plate manufacturers, a number of Shandong integrated wallboards are listed intensively, but the quality of wallboards is uneven. So how to distinguish the quality of Shandong integrated wallboards?
One look
Look at the thickness, structure and color. The thickness of integrated wallboard is generally 10mm. The plate structure adopts groove combined with sound insulation hole, and presents V-shaped groove during splicing. High quality board is generally beige, which is biased towards the color of bamboo and wood. There are no black spots, particles and other impurities at the incision. If the color is dark or spotted, it may be made of recycled plastic. If the color is white, too much calcium powder is added and the toughness of the plate is not enough.
Second smell
The regular and qualified plates smell close to the nostrils, or use the fire point, and there is no open fire. At the same time, it is accompanied by the faint smell of bamboo and wood and resin. The inferior plates will produce unpleasant smells such as PVC.
Three questions
Ask whether the manufacturer has patent certificate, production license and product quality inspection certificate. Whether these certificates are issued by national authorities, and whether the after-sales quality assurance mode, after-sales duration and after-sales scope are indicated in writing in the contract.
Four cut
Weigh the weight of the plate by hand. If it is too light, it belongs to serious foaming. Too heavy is to add too much calcium powder.
If a long plate is bent greatly and continuously, it means that the toughness and quality meet the standard, and the inferior plate will be too brittle and broken.
